Project data exchange
After scope review, the parties define an approved transfer method, permitted storage locations, encryption requirements, access list, retention period, deletion process, and whether work must occur inside a client-controlled environment.
Access and handling
- Limit project access to approved personnel.
- Use multi-factor authentication where supported.
- Separate client data from public samples.
- Do not reuse client data for unrelated purposes.
- Maintain status, QA, and deletion records appropriate to the project.
